Returns & Refunds

A. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and issue refunds for both defective items or non-defective items that meet one of the following conditions:
Defective item: The item arrived with a manufacturing fault or flaw.
Shipping damage: The item was clearly damaged during transit.
Wrong or missing item: You received the wrong item (wrong color/style/size) or an item was missing from your order.
Not as described: The item received is significantly different from what was shown on our website.
Item condition requirement: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging (if included). To help us review quickly, please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue before we approve a return or refund request.

B. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or not following care instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval from our support team.
Claims without clear photo/video proof (for defect/damage/incorrect item cases).

C. RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, including non-defective reasons (change of mind, wrong size, or not as expected), and defective/incorrect/damaged items.

D. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Ragdok covers return shipping if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong/missing item).
Customer covers return shipping for all other return reasons. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your shipping receipt.

E. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact us and provide proof
Email us at [email protected] with the subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Include your full name, the email used for the order, the reason for the return, and clear photos/videos.
Step 2: Wait for approval
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Step 3: Pack and ship
Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to:

Step 4: Send tracking
After mailing your return, please email the tracking number to [email protected]. Once we receive your package, we’ll begin inspection within 1–2 business days.

F. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
PROCESS
Step 1: Submit your request
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the refund. Include photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Step 2: Review and approval
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll confirm the next steps (return required or not).
Step 3: Refund processing
If a return is required: After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 3–7 business days.
If no return is required: We process your refund within 3–7 business days after approval.
Step 4: Funds appear in your account
Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete the transfer to your account.
TIMELINE
Total timeline: About 7–12 business days for the refund to appear
• We review your request and reply within 1–2 business days.
• After we receive and inspect your request, we process your refund within 3–7 business days (or within 3–7 business days after approval, if a return isn’t required).
• Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete the transfer to your account.
Important notes:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds cannot be issued for items returned without authorization.
