These are some of the frequently asked questions that customers most often ask Ragdok. We hope the answers below are helpful and make your shopping experience become easier.

ORDERING

1. How do I place an order?
Choose your items, select size/color (if available), and proceed to checkout. Review your cart, then proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details. After you place your order and payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase.

2. Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update details like size, color, or your shipping address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number, so we can assist as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

1. How is my order shipped?
We work with reliable shipping carriers such as FedEx, USPS, UPS to deliver orders safely and on time. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, we’ll email you the carrier name and tracking details.

2. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. This is the estimated time. Delivery time depends on your location. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–7 business days (US) and 10–15 business days (international), depending on your location.

3. Where do you ship to?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including the United States and many international destinations. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging. Final sale products (this will be noted on the product page) are not  accepted for being returned.

2. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 7 -14 business days for the refund to appear.

CANCELLATION

1. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can’t be canceled.

PAYMENT

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. All payments are processed securely through PayPal at checkout.

2. Can I pay without a PayPal account?
In many cases, yes—you may be able to check out using PayPal as a guest with a credit or debit card, depending on your location and PayPal’s availability. If the guest option doesn’t appear, you’ll need to sign in to a PayPal account to complete your purchase.

3. When will I be charged for my order?
You’ll be charged at the time you place your order and your payment is successfully confirmed through PayPal. After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
