A. HOW TO REPORT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
If you believe content on ragdok.com infringes your rights, please send a written notice that includes:
1. What you own
Identify the copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property you believe is being infringed (include registration details if available).
2. Where the infringement appears
Provide the URL(s) on our site and a clear description of the content you believe is infringing (e.g., product page, image, text). Please include enough detail for us to locate it quickly.
3. Your contact information
Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. Good-faith statement
A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights owner, their agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy & authority statement (under penalty of perjury)
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Signature
Your electronic or physical signature.

B. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE A VALID NOTICE
After we receive a complete notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We may also take action against repeat infringers when appropriate.
C. COUNTER-NOTICE (IF YOU BELIEVE CONTENT WAS REMOVED BY MISTAKE)
If you believe content was removed or disabled in error (for example, because of misidentification), you may submit a counter-notice. Please include:
Identification of the content that was removed/disabled and where it appeared before removal (URL if possible).
1.A statement (under penalty of perjury) that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
2. Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
3. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court for your address (if applicable under DMCA).
4. Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. In line with the DMCA process, content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the rights owner files a legal action seeking a court order.
D. IMPORTANT NOTE
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
