24-HOUR WINDOW FOR CANCELLTION, MODIFICATION
Within 24 Hours
You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
After 24 Hours
Once your order enters processing or has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or make changes. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The total time for you to receive your refund is typically 7–14 business days, and this may vary depending on PayPal and your bank’s processing time.
